1. Copyright Protection.
ImagesPhilippines will facilitate the enforcement of copyrights
of the images. By being a member of ImagesPhilippines the photographer
has given ImagesPhilippines the right to display a copy of his/her
works and is allowed to display a preview of each image in the World
Wide Web. Illegal use of images from ImagesPhilippines and/or the
removal of the ImagesPhilippines watermark, constitute a copyright
violation that will be pursued for the benefit of the photographer
and/or ImagesPhilippines.

| 2. Chance to join
Projects/Images bidding. All members will be invited and encouraged
to join in bidding for requested images. |

3. Member photographers whose image has been sold:
|
a. If an Image is sold through bidding, ImagesPhilippines
will take a 5% commission on the final bid price or Php 200.00,
whichever is higher. An additional 5% or Php 100.00, whichever
is higher, will be donated to the ImagesPhilippines Money Pool.
The rest, 90%, will go to the photographer.
b. If an image from the databank is purchased,
the photographer is entitled to at least the Declared Price.
If the image is sold at a higher price, the Photographer is entitled
to 60% of the amount paid. ImagesPhilippines will take a 25% commission
on each image sold/rented or Php 500.00, whichever is higher.
An additional 15% or Php 100.00, whichever is higher, will be
donated to the ImagesPhilippines Money Pool.

4. Access to the ImagesPhilippines Money Pool.
Once the Money Pool exceeds Php
51,000.00, excess amounts will be available to amateur photographers
for the chance to apply for grants or scholarships. An annual ImagesPhilippines
Member's contest will also be hosted, using the money pool for prize
money. Dividend payouts to member photographers can also be given.
The money pool will not be allowed to go below Php 51,000.00. Members
will receive status reports on how much the money pool is at any given
time. Use of the money pool must be approved by a majority vote of
all member photographers.

5. Chance to join and win in annual Photo Contests.
ImagePhilippines will host annual contests
for all its amateur and semi-professional photographers.

|
6. Discounts from Site Sponsors/Partners.
ImagesPhilippines will partner with major film and camera companies
wherein discounts for their products will be made available to members.
