Membership Privileges

1. Amateur and Professional
Photographers and Photo Studio Membership to ImagesPhilippines is
currently FREE. Interested parties need only
fill up the application form
and if ImagesPhilippines
accepts it, then they are official members of the site. Applicants
need to submit three (3) sample photographs via the Internet for
their application to be processed.

2. If membership is accepted, the new member is required to
submit at least 50 images
initially for inclusion to the database. ImagesPhilippines,
in its efforts to maintain a standard for quality of its database
reserves the right to reject photographs submitted by members.
|
|
|
3. Image submission over the Internet must
confirm to the following standards:
|
i. Image File Type: jpeg at high or
maximum resolution.
ii. Image resolution: At least 300 dots per inch.
|
|
4. Members can also submit over
"snail-mail." ImagesPhilippines will facilitate the scanning,
retouching, and incorporation of the images submitted to the database
FOR FREE until February, 2003. Please ensure that sufficient
protection have been given to the images to be mailed. Cushioned envelopes
are available in popular bookstores specifically for this purpose.

IMAGESPHILIPPINES WILL NOT RETURN IMAGES SUBMITTED TO IT VIA MAIL
UNLESS THE OWNER EXPRESSES SPECIFICALLY FOR THEIR RETURN. ABSENCE
OF SUCH NOTICE ASSUMES THAT THE IMAGES ARE COPIES AND ARE THE PROPERTY
OF IMAGESPHILIPPINES.

5. ImagesPhilippines reserves the right to edit/retouch image submissions
unless the Photographer explicitly expresses his/her intention
that the image must be presented at its current state.

6. The Member must supply the following
information for each image submitted:
|
a. Date Taken
b. Location Taken
c. One Sentence Description of Shot
d. Keywords Applicable
e. What is the minimum price that you are willing to get for use
of this image?
